We ship orders within 3 business days via Maruti Courier for domestic shipments. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

For international orders, we ship via Bluedart/Fedex. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal delays, or customs clearance delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Consultation Services:

For any consultation services, customers must send a WhatsApp message to +919105791037 to check the availability of dates. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us once the payment for the consultation service is made. Our company, Wisdoms Wall, along with its employees and owner, is not responsible for any issues arising from the failure to notify us of the payment. Please be assured that your money is not lost; you can book an appointment for the consultation service within 30 days of the payment date.
